Yolanda has medium-dark skin along with blue eyes. Her hair is asymmetrical straight with the colour being 'Yolanda purple'.
She tends to wear a lot of bold and feminine clothes.

Yolanda comes from a rich family with her mother, Margot Artemisia, being the owner of a very successful hotel. Although, she is wealthy, Yolanda wishes to break away her family in order to become a singer as she doesn't like her mother as she is very pushy.
